Job Opening Summary
Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position.
Job Opening Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:- Must have five-plus years of experience in hospital maintenance management with an AA degree or ten-plus years of hospital maintenance experience with at least six of those years in hospital maintenance management.
- Experience at the master craftsmen level in one of the facility disciplines of HVAC, electrical, mechanical or structural is preferred with a broad understanding of all these disciplines a must.
Employees in this position will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a "non-frequent driver."
NOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or Shands automobile a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job.
Shift hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
